By downloading, installing, or using GtG (Grease the Groove), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

GtG is an exercise tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort while exercising.

3. Offline Use and Data Backups

GtG operates offline-first and stores your workouts on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the built-in export tool. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or operating system resets.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GtG and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
